I have not read the other parts of this Saga... I found the characters believable and interesting. This was a can't put down book for me...
I generally like this genre, but this book was just awful. No character development. And no redemption except of those being raptured. Too dull, too predictable, too hopeless, too unbelievable.
The book has a plot that will interest many, but it not written well. I found it to be written in a childish maner, more like "see Spot run" than a novel.
